Thank you for your interest in becoming more involved as a Belmont parent.  Below you will find descriptions of our three membership levels.  All forms of membership will allow you network with other parents, receive parent communications and learn more about exciting things happening at Belmont.

Belmont Parent Network

The Belmont Parent Network is designed to connect parents regionally, socially, and professionally with other Belmont Parents. With groups for every state and most major cities, parents will have the opportunity to interact through group specific event postings, message boards, and emails. Furthermore, the network provides resources to post upcoming university events, Belmont news, athletic events and other pertinent communications. The Belmont Parent Network is available for free to all parents.

Belmont Parent Association

The Belmont Parent Association is open to all parents of current students or parents of alumni through the established membership process. The Belmont University Parent Association serves as an opportunity for parents to promote and support the educational mission of the university by acting as advocates for students, parents and the university.

One half of the Parent Association annual family membership fee of $150 is used for programming purposes while the remaining amount becomes a designated tax-deductible gift to the Belmont Annual Fund. Gifts to the Belmont Annual Fund allow the University to provide our students with the best education possible. Annual Fund dollars help to support teaching, learning and technological enhancements at Belmont and make an immediate impact on the lives of our students and faculty. With a strong Annual Fund, the University is able to attract the best and brightest students and faculty and provide them with increased technological resources and experiences outside the classroom. A gift to the Annual Fund serves an important purpose and strengthens our ability to provide an academically challenging education in a Christian environment. The Belmont Parent Association membership is available for $150 per family annually.

Belmont Parents Presidential Council

The Belmont Parents Presidential Council is a leadership giving society for current Belmont Parents. Members of the Parents Presidential Council commit to supporting Belmont annually with a gift of $1,000 or more. These parents help to shape the future of Belmont by contributing to many new programs, endowed scholarships, and capital projects each year.

Seventy-five dollars of the annual family membership is used for programming purposes while the remaining amount becomes a designated tax-deductible gift to an area of your choice. Many parents choose to make a gift to their student’s school or college within Belmont, the Annual Fund, the Bruin Club, the Gabhart Mission Fund, etc. Please contact us about specific designation opportunities. The Belmont Parents Presidential Council is available for $1,000 per family annually.
